Ken Fischer is founder and CEO of Atigro, a Washington DC-based agency specializing in web development, software development, mobile apps, and digital marketing for companies and nonprofits nationwide.

He leads our team of engineers and technical managers in the US and Hyderabad, India. Ken’s business acumen combined with his technical expertise ensures that technology is thoughtfully applied to create long-term value for clients. He has implemented over 100 enterprise solutions successfully.

Ken attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.




Kim Bulger is our Chief Marketing Officer. She has 20 years of experience as a marketing leader and interim CMO at nonprofits, professional service firms, startups, and Fortune 500 companies.

Clients enjoy her big-picture perspective to align your goals with your marketing. She delivers savvy strategy, compelling messaging, and results-focused campaigns to elevate your brand, engage your audience, and drive revenue. Kim has been recognized as AMA’s Nonprofit, Technology, and Services Marketer of the Year for campaigns with exceptional results. She has a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins and taught marketing at Georgetown.



Clark Taylor is our Chief Digital Officer. He has 20 years of experience as an SEO advisor to some of the world’s best brands, including Home Depot, Mayo Clinic, Facebook, Instagram, Hilton, Progressive, Capital Group,,  and Tractor Supply.

Clark has worked in most industries with extensive experience in ecommerce, healthcare, automotive, financial, hospitality, and media. He has led in-house and agency teams from startups to global brands with technical SEO, international SEO, local SEO, M&A analysis, content syndication, site migrations, and app store optimization.

Clark is a top SEO expert in the U.S. and protégé of Eric Enge, The Art of SEO lead author. He has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from West Virginia University and has certifications from BrightEdge, Google Analytics, and Google My Business. Ask about his proven track record of organic search growth that has transformed enterprises and his work as a trusted advisor to executives, CMOs, and corporate SEO teams.



Andy Seguin is a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant. He has over 15 years of experience leading digital strategy and execution for a variety of businesses, including a national childcare franchise, a regional craft brewer, and an independent minor league baseball team.

He is a digitally savvy marketer and team leader with a passion for SEO and creating marketing programs that drive impactful business results. Andy and his previous teams have won awards for their work from the IFA (International Franchise Association) and the AMA. Andy has a master of business administration degree from the University of Rochester and holds multiple digital marketing and analytics certifications.



Kate Alegado is a Digital Marketing Associate. She has over 10 years of marketing experience in both the corporate and government sectors.

She enjoys developing innovative strategic communication plans and campaigns. Kate is known to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, impacting key business initiatives. She has proven success in implementing and managing media strategies and analyzing data analytic metrics across traditional media and digital channels. Kate has a master of business administration degree with a concentration in marketing from Grand Canyon University.

Tres started his career as an MTV award-winning writer/producer for “Creative Excellence.” At VH1, he was responsible for crafting strategic brand messages for the Big Six Hollywood Studios’ film and TV promotions, generating millions in revenue. At VH1 Classic, Tres was hand-picked by Vice President Mike Garvey to develop original programming to build the network’s new brand positioning.

As a brand strategist, Tres has provided creative strategy and brand messaging for a diverse range of global brands while at Magma Digital. His client brand communication work has included: Absolut Vodka, Credit Suisse, The United States Postal Service, The New York Choral Society, and Broadridge Financial.



Deb Lavoy is our Chief Marketing Strategist. She has 20 years of experience as a marketing executive at companies from startups to AOL, Adobe, OpenText, and Jostle Corporation.

Her approach is to pinpoint what is meaningful about a product or service and make sure what matters most gets across on your website and in your communications. Deb is an award-winning writer on marketing innovation. She is an organizer for the TEDxMidAtlantic and a speaker coach. She speaks regularly at a variety of conferences nationwide on narratives, marketing and misinformation.

Nicole is a senior content writer who has worked for the last 20+ years to bring every client’s story to light — because she believes that a personal story is what connects people to a business. From website content to blogs to brand messaging, she has worked with a variety of companies in industries such as tech, healthcare, real estate, sports, and more.

Nicole began her career as a high tech editor during the Internet boom, and went on to help companies market their products and services. Creating compelling content is the key to success in today’s sales and marketing environment and she loves to write copy that engages the customer. She also has a professional certificate in social media marketing from California State University.

Her expertise is in listening to the needs of the client, creating content that stays true to the customer journey, and helping companies thrive through strong marketing copy.



Parisa Damian is our Senior Graphic Designer. She brings over 15 years of experience as a graphic designer.

She has worked with a broad range of clients, including organizations focused on education, healthcare, environment, childhood hunger, and other social causes. Her design background ranges on a variety of print and digital projects, including websites, infographics, collateral, one-pagers, and more. Parisa is quite detail-oriented; she works efficiently and ensures that all her work not only looks great but adheres to the latest digital and print specifications.




Anne-Marie Dwyer is a graphic designer. She has over nine years of graphic design and visual communications experience.

She has worked as an in-house designer helping organizations in both the public and the private sector develop their branding, marketing, and online presence. Anne-Marie always strives to deliver effective, focused, and quality design solutions for her clients’ needs.

Anne-Marie has a BFA in Communications Design and a Masters in Strategic Design and Management.



Keshav Rao is our Web Development Director. He has over 20 years of experience as a senior technical manager.

Keshav excels at ensuring that projects move swiftly and successfully throughout production. He possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Keshav values client engagement and uses his expertise to assist customers in optimizing processes, including technical support for web development, planning, product development, and network support.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and holds the following certifications: MCSA (Microsoft Certified System Administrator), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), and SCSA (Sun Certified System Administrator).




Devender Madishetti is our Web Operations Director. He has over 18+ years of experience successfully managing and executing IT projects, including website design and development.

His work includes partnering with clients, multiple business groups within the organization, vendors, and staffing partners to quickly build partnerships and deliver high-quality projects.

Devender’s ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively has aided him well in his line of work. Clients enjoy his problem-solving skills, ability to think analytically, technical expertise, and tenacity to see projects through to completion and successfully reach his client’s goals.



Kavita Tumpalli is our App Development Manager. She has more than 14 years of experience with software web development and application development. She has previously worked for GE Energy, Genuity, and Fidelity Investments.

Kavita is a versatile project manager with expertise driving projects and leading cross-functional teams to consistently meet key deliverables. Clients enjoy her keen ability to focus on bottom-line results while implementing advanced technology and business solutions to meet a variety of needs. She has exemplary communication skills and attention-to-detail. She often exceeds expectations with high levels of client satisfaction.

Kavita holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and Six Sigma credentials.




Jessie Newburn is our Business Development Manager. She has over 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, and engagement.

Prior to Atigro, she oversaw communications for a large municipal organization where she directed strategic communications, internal communications, community and media relations, a dozen social media channels and a TV show. She also led a boutique communications agency for 15 years.

Above all else, Jessie is a continual observer. She stays on top of social, cultural, business, and technological shifts impacting businesses and continues to adapt at each step.



Dana Stewart is our Project Manager. She has a degree from the Art Institute of Washington and past experience as a designer and executive assistant.

She is a master at keeping our operations running smoothly and holding our feet to the fire to stay organized. Dana deftly manages a task list as long as your arm to ensure that tasks are clearly assigned and processes are properly followed. Our clients love her ability to keep projects moving and ensure milestones are met to deliver projects on time.
