Custom Mobile Field Service App for Construction Operations
The Operations Division of a Top 5 construction company needed to move from hardcopy field reporting to a mobile field service solution to improve productivity, accountability, and clarity. The app had to allow field employees to manage work orders and service orders, update their status, upload files, and sync with the central backend system.
We developed both the mobile app and the infrastructure to integrate it and the web application front end. The data flow between these components is seamless and instant. The app itself is intuitive, easy to use, and includes chat integration, roles and access control, and AI assistance for interactions, reporting, analytics and charting.
