Ken Fischer Bio
Ken Fischer is the CEO and founder of Atigro, a Washington D.C.-based software development
company. Ken launched Atigro in 2004 to provide national corporate and nonprofit organizations
with technology-focused digital marketing and website development. As the industry grew,
Atigro grew with it, adding services and staff to meet its customers’ needs. Continuing in that
tradition, today Atigro is at the forefront of AI software development and integration, and
singularly focused on improving the productivity and profitability of its clients.
Ken is a technologist, an entrepreneur, and an innovator in artificial intelligence. With more than
30 years of software experience he is an engineer first and foremost, but also an accomplished
operations and business development leader. Ken is skilled at turning business goals into
usable technology and has implemented more than 100 enterprise solutions successfully.
Before launching Atigro, Ken was the Director of IT at CreativeTechConcepts, a senior software
developer, and the founder of an online pharmaceutical start-up that was immediately profitable
and later purchased by Globerx.com.
Under Ken’s leadership, Atigro has evolved from a technology-focused web development shop to
a custom software development company that supplies businesses with practical AI tools and
solutions. The team’s quick mastery of artificial intelligence and machine learning has resulted
in a number of innovative solutions and a patent application.
Ken is an avid sailor and spends as much time with his two Gen-Z sons as he can. His
investment in the community is reflected in his 10-year service on the board of the National
Association of Business Owners and Entrepreneurs and his involvement in MakerSpace
activities for students. He studied neuroscience at Washington University School of Medicine in
St. Louis and biochemistry at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
