Join us for our virtual coffee to hear Rod Johnson, of the US Small Business Administration, share the latest updates to the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), increases in loan amounts from the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program, and the new Shuttered Vendor Operators Grant Program (SVOG). He’ll walk you through basic qualifications, amounts available, and answer your questions on existing and new SBA programs. Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
New guidance and changes to the program will be announced by the SBA in early April and Rod will share what he knows and how it can help businesses.
Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program
Rod will specifically come to announce the recent increase to $500,000 for small business in the EIDL loan can help any small business affected by Covid in the last year.
Shuttered Vendor Operators Grant Program (SVOG)
The SVOG program was created when the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, P.L. 116-260, was signed into law in late December. The Economic Aid Act appropriated $15 billion to the program, which is designed to provide eligible applicants with grants equal to 45% of their gross earned revenue, up to a maximum of $10 million.
