Attendees asked about rent forgiveness for PPP loans. Here are more details:
If insurance, maintenance, and taxes are included in the rent/lease per the rental or leasing agreement, it seems reasonable. However, as I was told, none of the interim rulings spell out what rent is. In short, the lease/rental agreement will govern if the rent payment is forgivable so make sure to include the agreement as a part of the documentation submitted to your bank.
