Atigro Account Manager

Our account manager communicates with agency clients to oversee client care, guide them through projects, keep projects running smoothly, and collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and meet expectations. The ideal candidate is experienced in account management, a good communicator, and has had a similar role serving agency or consulting clients. You’re empathetic and proactive about client care and thrive in a remote work environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll excel at keeping clients happy, managing project details, and building rapport in client relationships. You are flexible in juggling a variety of duties, including:

  • Key point of contact for agency clients
  • Onboard clients and lead clients through our project processes
  • Project management to track all deliverables and coordinate with internal teams
  • Create project timelines and provide budget updates
  • Schedule client calls, request inputs, and send deadline reminders
  • Check in with clients to understand and ensure client needs are being met
  • Communicate proactively and respond quickly via email, Zoom, and phone
  • Have polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Deliver client-ready communications – grammatically correct and error-free
  • Listen to client feedback and collaborate internally to resolve and find solutions
  • Manage client expectations and follow through on project commitments
  • Oversee client care to ensure clients have a positive experience
  • Collaborate internally on ways to improve customer experience
  • Build strong client relationships and help agency leaders with account expansion
  • Develop and present proposals for client deliverables

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in an account management role
  • 1+ years at a marketing agency or consulting firm
  • 1+ years of remote work experience
  • Business development, sales, or account expansion experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and good proofreading skills
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and follow through to meet deadlines
  • Very proactive, good at prioritizing, and focus on what matters most
  • Warm professionalism, patience, and positivity
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to meet high expectations
  • Experienced using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Drive
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Effective working independently and collaborating as a team
